മോസ്കോ: ഇന്ത്യയെയും ചൈനയെയും തമ്മിലടിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ പാശ്ചാത്യ രാജ്യങ്ങള്‍ പരിശ്രമിക്കുന്നു എന്ന ഗുരുതര ആരോപണവുമായി റഷ്യ. ചൈനീസ് വിരുദ്ധത വര്‍ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന്‍റെ ഭാഗമായാണ് ഈ നീക്കമെന്നും റഷ്യന്‍ വിദേശകാര്യമന്ത്രി സെര്‍ഗെയ് ലാവ്റോവ് പ്രതികരിച്ചു.

ഏഷ്യ~പസഫിക് മേഖലയെ ഇപ്പോള്‍ പാശ്ചാത്യ രാജ്യങ്ങള്‍ വിളിക്കുന്നത് ഇന്തോ~പസഫിക് മേഖല എന്നാണ്. അതിലൂടെ പരസ്പര ശത്രുത ഇല്ലാതിരുന്ന രാജ്യങ്ങള്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ പോലും ഭിന്നത ഉണ്ടാക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുകയാണ് യൂറോപ്പ്. അയല്‍ രാജ്യങ്ങളായ ഇന്ത്യയും ചൈനയും തമ്മില്‍ തര്‍ക്കമുണ്ടാക്കാനാണ് പാശ്ചാത്യ രാജ്യങ്ങള്‍ ഇതിലൂടെ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നത്.

ഭിന്നിപ്പിച്ചു ഭരിക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രമമാണ് ഇതെന്ന് റഷ്യന്‍ പ്രസിഡന്‍റ് വ്ലാഡിമിര്‍ പുടിന്‍ തന്നെ പറഞ്ഞതായും സെര്‍ഗെയ് ലാവ്റോവ് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.

ഇന്ത്യ~പാക് ചര്‍ച്ചകള്‍ ഉഭയകക്ഷി പ്രകാരമാകണമെന്നും റഷ്യ വ്യക്തമാക്കി. ഇന്ത്യ~പാക് വെടിനിര്‍ത്തല്‍ ധാരണയെ സ്വാഗതം ചെയ്തു കൊണ്ടുള്ള പ്രതികരണത്തില്‍ റഷ്യന്‍ വിദേശകാര്യ വക്താവ് മരിയ സാക്കറോവയാണ് ഇക്കാര്യം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടത്.

ഈ മേഖലയില്‍ ദീര്‍ഘകാല സമാധാനമുണ്ടാകുമെന്നാണ് റഷ്യയുടെ പ്രതീക്ഷ. ഇരു രാജ്യങ്ങളും പരസ്പര പ്രകോപനത്തിലേയ്ക്ക് നീങ്ങില്ലെന്നാണ് പ്രതീക്ഷ. ഇന്ത്യയും പാക്കിസ്ഥാനും തമ്മില്‍ ചര്‍ച്ചകള്‍ വേണമെന്ന നിലപാടില്‍ റഷ്യ ഉറച്ചു നില്‍ക്കുന്നതായും റഷ്യന്‍ വിദേശകാര്യ മന്ത്രി പ്രതികരിച്ചു.
