അപേക്ഷ നല്‍കിയ 4,200 അപേക്ഷകരില്‍ നിന്നും ഷോര്‍ട്ട് ലിസ്ററ് ചെയ്ത 360 പേരാണ് കൊച്ചിയിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തുമായി നടന്ന അഭിമുഖങ്ങളില്‍ പങ്കെടുത്തത്. ഇവരില്‍ നിന്നുളള 250 പേരുടെ പട്ടികയാണ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചത്. ജര്‍മനിയിലെ ഫെഡറല്‍ എംപ്ളോയ്മെന്റ് ഏജന്‍സിയുടെ കീഴിലുള്ള പ്ളേയ്സ്മെന്റ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ നേരിട്ടെത്തിയായിരുന്നു അഭിമുഖം. ട്രിപ്പിള്‍ വിന്‍ പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഭാഗമായി 1,000 പേരുടെ റിക്രൂട്ട്മെന്റെന്ന മികച്ച നേട്ടം ഈ വര്‍ഷം സാധ്യമാകുമെന്ന് നോര്‍ക്ക റൂട്ട്സ് റസിഡന്റ് വൈസ് ചെയര്‍മാന്‍ പി. ശ്രീരാമകൃഷ്ണന്‍ അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു.

തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടവര്‍ ഗോയ്ഥെ ഇന്‍സ്ററിറ്റ്യൂട്ടില്‍ ജര്‍മ്മന്‍ ഭാഷാ പരിശീലനത്തില്‍ (ബി~1 വരെ) പങ്കെടുക്കണം. ഒന്‍പതു മാസത്തോളം നീളുന്ന ഈ പരിശീലനം പൂര്‍ണമായും സൗജന്യമായിരിക്കും. ജര്‍മ്മനിയില്‍ നിയമനത്തിനുശേഷം ബി 2 ലെവല്‍ പരിശീലനവും ലഭിക്കും.

തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെടുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് വിമാന ടിക്കറ്റ് ഉള്‍പ്പടെയുളള എല്ലാ ചെലവുകളും സൗജന്യമാണ്. ആദ്യ ചാന്‍സില്‍ എ 2 അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ ബി 1 പാസാവുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് 250 യൂറോ ബോണസിനും അര്‍ഹതയുണ്ട്. രജിസ്റേറര്‍ഡ് നഴ്സ് ആകുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് കുടുബാംഗങ്ങളേയും കൂടെ കൊണ്ട് പോകുവാനുളള അവസരമുണ്ട്.
